MICON Office National is a well established local leading supplier of Business to Business Office Products specialising in office products and office furniture with over 25 years experience centrally located in Wollongong .We pride ourselves on our exceptional reputation and service provided including offering many solutions to our customers with exceptional industry knowledge..

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our MICON team managing certain tasks within the Business in several areas including Accounts,and Administration whilst assisting with Customer Service .

This is a full time permanent position reporting to the Directors but will also consider applicants wanting a + day fortnight .You will be passionate about our industry , relationship building,highly efficient and organised with the ability to undertake multiple tasks.

You will be responsible for account and administration tasks whilst assisting with customer service to new and existing customers with online order enquiries and phone enquiries.

. Responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Accounts Payable and Receivable Functions
Detail customer service to customers
Processing of responding to Micon Website orders
Highly organised with time mangement and adminstration skills
Communication with clients
Maintaining accurate data with our CRM system
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Administration tasks with day to day accounting duties
Ability to provide above and beyond customer service
To be successful in this role you will possess:

Proficient with using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
A pleasant, enthusiastic personality
Exceptional telephone manner
Strong work ethic and trustworthy
Accuracy & attention to detail
The ability to take ownership of a task, report back to management & see it through to completion
Ability to absorb specific product training information .
