Accounts Executive Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive & Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, proficiency in software such as Tally, Excel, and Marg, and have a background in managing operational tasks. Experience within the e-commerce industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, Excel, and Marg software.
• We have a e-commerce business of Surgical Items we want someone who can prepare financial reports, RTO reports, refund status reports, manage customer calls etc.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payment and invoicing.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain bank accounts.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Have a experience of listing products on Amazon & Flipkart is plus.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Marg software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

Work Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday - Saturday)

Work from Office: 44, Hanuman Vatika, Heerapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302021

Salary Offer: INR. 10,000 to INR. 12,000 / Monthly
