Responsibilities
Check vendor invoice against manifest and pricing sheets Create and input purchase orders into Navision and assign to correct GL and cost center Assist in resolutions of disputes or questions regarding invoices / manifests Reconcile accounts with suppliers Coordinate and track deposits and final payment to suppliers Monitor costs and accrue where necessary for month-end closing Check Accounting Cube and identify where costs are not in alignment with revenues / profit Research and analyze competitor pricing Keep track and monitor subsidy differences between proposed and actual costs

This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus), as well as 3 years of Accounts Payable experience with proficiency in Excel and Accounting Software.
