ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Integral to the financial health of any organisation,
managing the company's outgoing payments, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing,
maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors,
contribute significantly to overall finance department efficiency.

The role involves reviewing and verifying invoices,
reconciling accounts payable transactions with financial statements,
liaising with vendors regarding payment inquiries,
maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions,
assisting in expense report preparation,
ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

A blend of technical and interpersonal skills is required,
