Fantastic opportunity awaits an accomplished Accounts Payable Officer to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Macquarie Park. Your role will be responsible for the efficient collection and allocation of payments and ongoing communication with our customers.

You will be responsible for:
Invoice verification and processing using Medius software
Conduct root-cause analysis for invoices failed during integration process
Actively work with Warehouse, Purchasing and other staff in operations to resolve discrepancies due to short receipts, price variances and other reasons
Actively work with Expense Approvers to resolve coding and approval issues
Weekly, biweekly payments (domestic and international)
Process Employee Expense Claims in Concur according to the company travel and corporate credit card policies
Daily cashflow forecast update
Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations for review by AP supervisor

We believe that you will be successful if you have:
High volume accounts experience
Excellent communication skills both interpersonal and written
Exposure to purchasing (not essential)
Experience using SAP or an equivalent ERP System
