Key Responsibilities:

l Recruit and induct personnel, allocate responsibilities and office space.

l Plan and coordinate administrative procedures, systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

l Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

l Manage schedules and deadlines

l Handle petty cash and have record in petty cash book.

l Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

l To make utilities/bills payments before due dates

l Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

l Monitor the track record of Housekeeping work and their staff. Build proper criteria to execute the process smoothly.

l Solve day to day grievance, complaints and problems in order to foster harmonious relationship at workplace.

l Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)

l Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

l Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

l Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

l Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

l Drive the Employee engagement activities, Organize and arrange the different Learning Sessions, Annual Events,

l Identification, Source Support from Job Portals, Social media and Networking.

l Handling Recruitment & On boarding process.

l Employee life cycle management.

l Resource Management, Client Management and Vendor.

l Corporate Mobile connections management.

l Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).

l Handling Attendance, Payroll, Performance Appraisals,

l Improving and monitoring employee productivity.

l Handle Compensation Management. Making salary, Prepare Payroll Structure and approved from directors

l Conduct Exit Interview. Complete Exit Formalities.

l Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
