Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our department through a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly
Coordinate and manage department schedules, meetings, and events
Prepare and organize documents using MS Office (reports, spreadsheets, etc.)
Assist with drafting emails, letters, and other correspondence
Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and ensure smooth collaboration
Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for team members
Maintain filing systems, manage office equipment, and prioritize incoming mail, including returned mail
Order office supplies and track office expenses
Help coordinate relationships with vendors and business partners

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team!
