Summary If you are savvy with Microsoft Excel and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. Our company is looking to hire a candidate to join the merchandising team at our HQ and collaborate with the core teams which include but isn't limited to the graphics team, the content team and, the accounts department. The candidate will be responsible for collecting and transferring data between brands and the core teams while maintaining a database through the lifecycle of the brand on the ThoT website. Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate between brands and the core teams to collect, compile and transfer data 2. Create and maintain Excel Sheets, while reviewing the data for accuracy, clearing up duplicates and regularly updating price sheets and catalogues 3. Database management and product listing 4. Discover and troubleshoot issues within the database 5. Maintain a line of communication between brands and the internal teams Skills & Requirements 1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Point and fast typing skills is a must 2. Good command of English both oral and written 3. Experience in Merchandising, Retail, data entry, E-Commerce and related software would be a plus 4. Demonstrate resourcefulness by being proactive and paying attention to detail, while keeping up with deadlines.
