The Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Administration and Data Assistant within the Student Support, Wellbeing & Inclusion (SSWI) team. This role focuses on providing vital administrative support and ensuring the effective management of data and resources to enhance the student experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
In this role, you will contribute to the administration and data processes of the SSWI team. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining accurate learner records, including data validation, cleansing, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Monitoring support spending, creating invoices, and providing accurate financial tracking.
• Assisting with student engagement and coordinating staff allocations to ensure efficient resource placement.
• Acting as a first point of contact for service users, offering excellent customer service across various communication channels.
