Your role at St John of God Health Care
You will be primarily responsible for working in the call centre team, answering calls from current and former Caregivers. You will be providing high level administration and clerical support to the Gateway Project team (Payroll Compliance project) and contribute to efficient and effective operations by ensuring that all computer data entry, reporting and other administrative tasks are carried out in a professional manner.
The Position
Answer calls in the Remediation Call Centre from current and former Caregivers regarding a letter they will have received from St John of God Health Care
Provide administrative support services such as mail and correspondence, compiling and storing electronic documents, photocopying, binding, etc.
Arrange telephone and video conferencing as required and ensure equipment is set up for easy use.
Provide customer service including responding to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary to ensure provision of accurate information.
As required, provide meeting and event support including assisting scheduling meetings, agendas, transport, catering and other support services.
Produce high quality documents in a timely manner.
As directed by the Manager, undertake research to support proposals, reports or other documentation as required.
You will have excellent customer service skills, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
It is highly regarded if you have previous experience in the health care industry.

Salary $66,608 to $71,+01 plus 11.5% Superannuation
