About the Role:

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

You will be working closely with our education consultants and migration agents, providing

timely, high-quality administrative support.

Our administrative team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Full training

will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support education and migration consultants with day-to-day administrative tasks

● Maintain accurate client records and data entry

● Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner

● Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

● Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with internal procedures

Work Details:

● Casual position based in our Perth office

● Core hours: Monday to Friday, +:00 am – 5:00 pm

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

● Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented
