The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the organization by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from handling communications and scheduling to assisting with project management and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors.
Draft, proofread, and distribute various types of correspondence.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support to Management:
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Project Assistance:
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
