The Opportunity

As an Administration Assistant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service/front office role or in a Chartered Accounting practice.

Position Responsibilities

Answer and respond to client queries as required.
Coordinate and manage mail and courier deliveries coming in and going out.
Provide administrative support to the Client Director, Client Manager and broader team.
Maintain client database and update client details as required.
Work in collaboration with the team to prepare and lodge ATO and ASIC documentation.
Ensure stationery and office supplies are in stock and at adequate levels.
Assisting projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners.
Other duties as required.
