Part-time Administrative Assistant

Our client, Office Builders is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join their close-knit team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain organise and up-to-date project financial records.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and invoicing.
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative operations.
Handle incoming calls and emails related to administrative matters.
Obtain pricing for projects and assist our estimator.
Generate weekly reports to support the management team.
Gather and organise social media content for our marketing efforts.
Perform other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on invoicing and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in relevant software, including Xero (Nexvia software familiarity is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
This is a part-time position, requiring 2 days of work per week. Specific workdays are negotiable based on mutual availability.
