Administrative Assistant | Part-Time, 20 hrs/week | Work From Home

About the Role
This fully remote (work from home) position ensures the smooth administration of franchise operations, including coordinating franchisee needs, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining efficient processes. Key responsibilities include:
Franchise Support: Guiding new franchisees through onboarding and coordinating start-up packs.
Supplier Management: Managing services like vehicle signwriting, business cards, and uniforms.
General Administration: Handling correspondence, data entry, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Appointment Scheduling: Optimising bookings to align with franchisee availability and priorities.
Process Coordination: Ensuring seamless communication between franchisees, suppliers, and internal teams.
