This is an exciting opportunity to join South West Mounties Magics Inaugural Premier League Netball Franchise as the Administration Assistant. This franchise is a Joint Venture between Liverpool City Netball Association and Australia’s Largest Registered Club giving you access to the funding and resources required to succeed.

About the Role

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Administration Assistant to join our amazing team on a part time basis, with a hybrid working from home and our administration building in Liverpool.


As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks of the South West Mounties Magic, Premier League Netball franchise.


To be successful in this role, you would be an exceptional administrative support providing assistance to South West Mounties Magic. You will be the point of contact and collaborate closely with Netball NSW on all requirements for team and franchise management.


More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

Organise and oversee the end-to-end logistics of South West Mounties Magic events and ensure all key deliverables are met.
Coordinate and serve as a point of contact for all communications and correspondence.
Provide administrative assistance to ensure all compliance obligations are met.
Develop and implement diversity and community strategies to ensure South West Mounties Magic is making an impact.
Collaborate with all Netball stakeholders to foster and maintain valuable relationships.
Manage and maintain all relevant databases, portfolios and uniforms of South West Mounties Magic.

About You

A passion and sound understanding for Netball.
Passionate and operates with integrity, striving for excellence to positively impact all key stakeholders and relevant individuals.
Proven ability to implement and manage successful administrative support.
Demonstrable competency using software systems and web-based platforms
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Current First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation Certificate
Current NSW Working with Children Check
Current Driver’s License
