About the Opportunity

This permanent position in our GYC Narellan store manages the administration of our workshop including updating customers on the status of jobs and quotes, and the collection of completed work. The position is responsible for making sure every transaction, product, and part can be accounted for and all documentation is prepared and actioned appropriately. With a high focus on customers the role may occasionally need to help customers with their inquiries. While this is a part-time position, ideally the hours will be worked across Monday to Frinday

Previous work experience in an administrative role where you have been responsible for recording information, registering details, filing documents, and organising and maintaining data will equip you with the know-how required for this role. You also need to be motivated, flexible, and adaptable, being able to assist other members of the team meet our customers’ needs. Your core skills are in these areas:
