Full Job Description
Only 2 3 years Experience Candidate Required.
Greet and welcome Visitors/guests as they arrive at office
Answer, Screen and forward incoming phone calls and maintain records of same.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms)
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Responsible for upkeep of Office Infrastructure (phone, AC, etc)
Vendor Management related to admin/HR
Checking all vouchers related to office & projects
Arrange internal and external transportation bookings
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executive
Complete new Joinee documentation (i.e. biometric enrolment, ID cards, etc)
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Checking & updating attendance of site Employees.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, leaves, etc).
Co-ordinate communication with candidates and schedule Interviews.
Preparation of HR related documents (File Management)
Assist in checking of compliances ESIC/PF & co-ordination with consultant.
Assistance in arranging in events for staff & taking care of employee related issues.

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
