We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
• Duties*
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Scheduling PM appointments, Service Calls and maintaining calendars
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking customer service requests.
• Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Familiarity with computerized systems like QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
