We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support our team.



The Role

As our practice continues to establish itself, you must be keen to take ownership of the role and develop it along with your own skills. Success in this role will come from engaging with the team, striving for excellence in all that you do, and being proactive.



Day-to-day, your key activities will include:



Workflow system management (cloud applications)
Preparation of documents and correspondence
File maintenance – opening, closing and archiving files (electronic and physical filing)
Preparation of client bills and processing of disbursements
Team member expense management
Attending to telephone calls and enquiries (incoming and outgoing)
Maintaining databases and contact registers
Secretarial / administrative support to the team
Coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of office operations
Leadership on administrative projects and event management


About You

You are experienced in administration with a minimum of two years’ service in an accounting or legal practice. You have the following qualities and skills:



Positive and enthusiastic in all that you do with a willingness to take on new things and challenge yourself.
Highly organised and detail oriented with an agile approach to tasks and situations.
Great verbal communication skills, calm and professional under pressure.
High level written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit a diverse range of materials.
Digital literacy including using Office 365 and other cloud-based business applications.
Proven ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a team-based environment.
