Administrative Assistant

Location: Oaklands Hospital, Salford

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time

Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits

Summary:

Oaklands Hospital is a purpose built, modern hospital providing a wide range of surgical and medical treatments to private patients and eligible NHS patients. Our consultants and nursing staff are highly experienced and have your care and comfort as their highest priority. All patients have the reassurance that a doctor is resident on site and available 24 hours a day.

The role:

We currently have a great new opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at Oaklands Hospital based in Salford. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

You will be expected to deliver a first class service to patients, consultants and colleagues.

What you’ll bring with you:
• Proven experience in administration and customer service
• Keyboard Skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
• Strong communication skill
