A utility client is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing advanced clerical support to the hiring unit.

Location: Diamond Bar, CA +1765

Position: Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $22 to $25/hr. W2 (depending on experience)

Duration: Approximately 3-6 months and may be extended depending on divisional needs

Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Tuesday – Friday, with a 7:00 a.m. start time, ending at 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:
• Data entry using Microsoft Excel and specialized database programs
• Track and maintain multiple databases, files, and complex data.
• Assist office secretaries and other staff when needed.
