Administrative Assistant with Kelly Residential

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

Whilst prior experience in Estate Agency

or corporate sales administration is preferred, it is not essential, as we will provide comprehensive training.

About You and our Role

You will be looking forward to the next step in your career, working with our ambitious and supportive team, as we continue to go through an exciting trajectory.

Your role will involve managing day-to-day office operations, call handling, and coordinating administrative tasks, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

As this role will be client facing, you will be liaising on a daily basis directly with enquiries, predominately over the phone, but will also liaise with clients face to face and through email communication.

In addition to the above, your role will also involve:

Providing support to our management team and team members, including the handling of all correspondence, preparing documentation, managing data entry and reporting.
