Job description
We are looking for a candidate to take on an administrative role.

We are a small team of 2 and growing rapidly within the kitchen/interior design sector. We have established a successful marketing strategy which drives regular leads, so no hard cold sales. We are looking for someone to help convert the leads into successful sales and to provide the administration involved throughout the process.

The candidate would be reporting to the managing director, who is fully immersed with the day to day tasks. Training will be provided and there will be an opportunity to progress within the role.

We are looking for somebody that has:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient ability of Microsoft office in particular, Excel sheets
• Must have excellent command of English and communication skills
• Proficient with general IT skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Sound organisational skills
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
• Strong writing skills
• Punctuality
• Social media expertise is a bonus
• Following up leads obtained through the company’s profile and marketing
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiasm to help grow the company

The candidate is expected to:
• Scheduling meetings.
• Answer calls and deal with correspondences.
• Deal with clients throughout the pre and after sale process
• Taking instructions from clients and relaying orders
• Ensuring deadlines are met and liaising with our partners to organise deliveries, fittings and liaise with customers.
• We pride ourselves on having the best customer service.
• Close to or easily accessible to this area is preferable (TW1)
• Provide quotes to clients (training will be provided)
• Assist the managing director with daily administration
• Operate the Company’s CRM system and to regularly input and update data. We currenty use ZOHO CRM.
• Attend meeting with our external social marketing teams

Upon a successful probationary period of 6 weeks, a full time position may be offered.

Whilst previous experience is preferable, it is not essential as training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £23,800.00 per year
