Qualifications
Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly motivated, strong interpersonal and interactive skills and have self-initiative
Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Work independently and be able to multi-task in a team environment

Must be dependable and have good attendance and be punctual
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
Routinely lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that weigh up to 20 lbs
Responsibilities
Source candidate through internet job boards and social media for distribution center roles
Complete prescreens and phone interviews of candidates
Ensure required company applications and assessments are completed
Schedule Onsite Interviews
Assist with Onboarding of new employees with necessary new hire forms and orientation
Preserving and maintaining confidentiality in all facets of employee interaction
Maintaining confidential files, documents and records
Track and maintain recruiting spreadsheets through Excel
Attending and participating in hiring and recruitment events and tracking efforts
and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 40 lbs
Will also go into the Distribution Center which is non-climate controlled environment

REQUIREMENTS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred with a focus in Human Resources, Communication; OR, have 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly motivated, strong interpersonal and interactive skills and have self-initiative. Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills. Work independently and be able to multi-task in a team environment.
