Facilitate communication with vendors and oversee invoices and payments
Contribute creatively to marketing initiatives, including social media posts, email newsletters, and other materials
Draft content for marketing and social media requirements as necessary
Support the scheduling and monitoring of social media activities
Manage the inventory of promotional items and travel between office locations as needed
Assist in the organization and management of training events
Respond to patient reviews and feedback
Utilize Excel for generating reports and maintaining spreadsheets
Monitor business credit card statements and assist in community outreach events
Collaborate with the website vendor to monitor performance and recommend updates
Anticipate team members' needs to ensure a smooth workflow
