We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Risk Management Team
This role involves managing a range of administrative tasks, coordinating documentation and compliance efforts, and providing support for various risk management activities
Manage and track important documentation, ensuring timely updates and compliance with relevant regulations
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely completion of required documents
Oversee the tracking and management of applications related to risk management
Handle responses and requests from various stakeholders and states as necessary
Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewal applications and other related documentation
Audit and track group agreements, addressing any errors or issues that arise
Participate in meetings to discuss and implement changes to group agreements
Collaborate on updating and maintaining documentation as needed
Assign tasks and cases to underwriters, ensuring timely processing and coverage
Track and update relevant data related to underwriting activities
Provide administrative support to the underwriting team as required
Prepare and distribute regular reports and updates to the team
Collaborate with team members to track and manage ongoing projects and tasks
Attend meetings and communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information
Assist with tracking and managing compliance-related activities
Attend relevant meetings and provide updates on regulatory matters
This position assumes and performs other projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in administrative support roles a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with relevant software.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
