We are currently looking for a dynamic, independent, and enthusiastic administrative assistant who will prioritize patients' needs while ensuring the smooth operation of the reception department.

Position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Schedule: 4.5 days a week.

Type of employment: Full time. Temporary with possibility of permenancy

This key position within our clinic is responsible for:

Managing the appointment calendar.
Greeting our patients and taking care of them as they leave.
Answering all patient questions by email, phone or in person.
Receiving, sending and distributing the mail.
Sending all reports and communications to health practitioners and doctors as requested by our orthodontists.
Managing the various aspects of our patients’ financial files such as the presentation of financial agreements, payment collection, explaining clinic policies.
Opening and closing cash registers.
Ordering office supplies.
Assisting the orthodontists and the manager with administrative tasks.
This position requires:

Secretarial studies diploma and one year of experience ideally acquired in a dental or orthodontic office.
To be bilingual (English, French).
A good sense of priorities, being autonomous and proactive.
Unparalleled customer service. Know how to create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.
Great ability to communicate at all levels of the clinic.
To be able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Orthonovo software (an asset).

Rémunération : 20,00$ à 30,00$ par heure
