The Opportunity.
We are currently looking for Administrative Clerks to join and support our various teams with day-to-day workflow.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or individuals interested in launching a career in professional services.
Responsibilities.
Review CIPO correspondence and prepare client reporting letters
Invoice clients and prepare payment submissions
Process incoming emails and physical mail
Manage due dates and client data in our file system
Communicate with lawyers, agents, and support staff
Handle sensitive client information securely
Other duties may be assigned or amended as required
Qualifications, competencies and experience.
One year of administrative or office experience
Post-secondary education
A great team player with excellent attention to detail
A strong ability to prioritize a large workload
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Highly organized and proactive
High proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software and technology quickly
