About the Role
As a Personnel Logistics Administrator, you will play a vital role in the success of IKM Testing UK's operations. You will be responsible for managing personnel movements, coordinating logistics, and providing administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate travel arrangements for personnel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of expense reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients' offshore locations.
• Oversee maintenance of personnel data, including medical certifications and vaccination records.
• Prepare and update personnel tracker daily.
