Administrative Manager

Responsibilities

 Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

 Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

 Manage schedules and deadlines related to vendor contracts and AMC’s

 Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints

 Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

 Oversee facilities services, and maintenance activities at HO and Branches

 Managing overall administrative activities for the office.

 Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc. for staff.

 Performing administrative work such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail;

 Prepare and edit correspondence communications, presentations and other documents

 Arrange and coordinate meetings and events

 Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

Requirements and skills

 Proven experience as an administration manager

 Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

 Strong computer and organizational skills

 Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

 Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

 A team player with leadership skills
