Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines related to vendor contracts and AMC’s
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, and maintenance activities at HO and Branches
Managing overall administrative activities for the office.
Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc. for staff.
Performing administrative work such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail;
Prepare and edit correspondence communications, presentations and other documents
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an administration manager
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Strong computer and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
