Drafts or prepares correspondence, detailed reports or other documents
Orders office supplies and maintains inventory of equipment
Receives, organizes and distributes mail and other materials
Enters time and attendance information into computer system and validates leave used and earned for staff
Schedules appointments or meetings for supervisor or staff

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
