Job description
As Organisational coaches and HR experts, we love what we do; helping clients sustainably grow their business through their people is the reason we exist. We don’t take life too seriously but we are serious about the top-notch work that we deliver for our clients and we're now on the hunt for someone who's ready to join us and support us as the business grows !

As our administrator, you’ll love organising and juggling multiple clients and projects and you'll find yourself immersed in all of the following:

• Diving deep into client projects, chasing up paperwork

• Managing our training sessions, workshops, and activities

• Policy and audit revisions.

• Keeping a pulse on our monthly and quarterly progress, monitoring our social and website insights

• Keeping our database and file management in check

• Scouting potential candidates and keeping our advertising fresh

Feeling uninspired in your current role? Yearning for a fresh challenge? If you're ready to join us, you'll need to come equipped with:

• An eye for detail

• A love for variety and a knack for multitasking

• Adept at prioritisation of tasks

• A love for organisation and slick planning skills

• A proactive approach to research

• Self-motivated and an innovative mindset to improve processes

• You’ll also be proficient in the use of Word/Excel/Outlook/Eventbrite, database and CRM systems

We're all about getting things done – no frills, no fuss. The role is part time, 18 hours a week over three days (Wednesdays are a must). The position is home-based, with regular travel to the office so ideally you’ll be based around the South West.

The role is diverse, and you'll be handling multiple activities and projects concurrently. We are a consultancy, so brace yourself for a faster-than-average pace. The role offers the perfect balance of responsibility and the opportunity to grow by demonstrating trust and urgency to consistently meet quality standards. The role calls for decisive, authoritative, and quick thinkers who are analytical and focused.

We've even got your back with all the support and training you'll need, HR training will be through Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeships for the right candidate.

If you like what you’ve read and value trust, clarity, and simplicity, we’d love to hear from you !
