Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Cumbria
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (+k car allowance)
Working Pattern: Full Time (Onsite 4/5 days per week)
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity as an HR Business Partner? We are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing organisation based in Cumbria. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Trade Union and Manufacturing experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced HR team.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the organisation's management team, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and practises
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organisation's goals and objectives
• Partner with the business to lead on employee relations matters, including complex case management and Trade Union negotiations
• Support the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent
• Provide coaching and support to managers on a variety of HR-related topics
• Drive organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practises, ensuring compliance across the organisation
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Trade Union and employee relations
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of complex ER cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to drive change and deliver results
• CIPD qualification is highly desirable
