Adept Garage Doors and Gates is a small family owned business based in Mundoolun. We specialise in servicing, repairs and maintenance, installations, automation, remotes and more for all types of domestic roller doors, panel doors, tilt doors, sliding gates, swing gates and window shutters. Performing services in Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Redland Bay and Scenic Rim regions.

We are looking for an administrator/receptionist to join us who takes pride in their work and is willing to learn. (Juniors also welcome to apply).

Requirements:

Experience in adminstration and/or customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Enthusiastic towards achieving high level of service and customer satisfaction
Experience with Xero or Tradify is an advantage
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Duties include:

Assisting office staff
Answering phone calls and enquiries
Scheduling bookings for technicians
Data entry and filing
Other admin duties required
[Training will be provided, with a 3month probation period].
