Are you looking for a reception role in a busy, professional office? We are looking for a well presented Receptionist to join a leading real estate agency based in Caloundra.

Our client is an award winning, full-service real estate agency covering residential sales, commercial and industrial, prestige property sales, land sales, rentals, holiday letting, mortgage broking and in-house marketing and advertising.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and provide a memorable, outstanding experience for customers.

Duties will include:
Front counter customer service
Answering phone calls
Data entry and general admin duties
Liaising with Tenanants
Holiday bookings and sales enquiries
About you:
Real estate sales certificate or willingness to obtain one
Customer service and reception experience
High attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
Very well presented
Hours are Monday – Friday, with a roster system for 2 x Saturdays a month where penalty rates will apply.
