Job description
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator within our Reception Services Team to provide admin support to our Minor Injury Units which are located in Chippenham and Trowbridge and are open for walk in patients and for patients who have contacted NHS 111 and have been advised to attend.
The role will involve (but is not limited to) reception duties, data input, processing electronic referrals and scanning.
We are looking for an individual with good administration experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and a desire to provide a first-class service for patients.
If you are enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team then we would like to hear from you. In return we can offer you a supportive, fast moving and varied job, in an often-busy environment.
To be eligible for this post the applicant will need to have a good general education as well as excellent customer service and IT skills.
We are a busy, friendly team, who would welcome the opportunity to work with a new member of staff willing to contribute to the on-going development of the services we provide.
Experience of working with patients and healthcare professionals would be an advantage.
This job is perfect for you if you enjoy working in a team and thrive on being in a lively office environment.
