The Opportunity

You will evaluate, develop, coordinate, and review the University's Admission and Credit Transfer processes, ensuring they align with institutional policies and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to manage and assess these activities, ensuring all requirements are met in compliance with University standards.

You will

coordinate and assist with all aspects in relation to the operational processes of admission, credit transfer and other related tasks, in accordance with University policies and procedures and relevant external legislation and accreditation requirements;
organise the admission of students to programs at UniSC, including the responsibility for the assessment of applications and qualifications and the coordination of offers; and
ensure all business processes relating to Admissions and Credit Transfer are student centric to ensure the best student experience.
About you

Your experience in delivering excellent customer service in a tertiary context, along with strong interpersonal skills, enables you to work well within a team and communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, with diverse clients. Your ability to assess problems, develop innovative solutions, and respond effectively in process improvement environments will enable you to work well in this role. You also excel at collaborating with staff to improve understanding of data integrity and quality control, ensuring alignment with continuous quality improvement principles.

You will possess:

a degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise; or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
extensive knowledge and experience in the use of computerised student information systems;
experience in the coordination and presentation of training sessions and in the preparation of documents and publications; and
experience in, or evidence of an ability to quickly develop the skills to complete the set- up of programs and courses and undertake system related testing in the Oracle Campus Solutions (Peoplesoft) Student Information System.
