About the Role

The University of the Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced professional to coordinate and manage the admission and credit transfer processes, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure all requirements are met in compliance with University standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist with all aspects of admission, credit transfer, and related tasks in accordance with University policies and procedures and relevant external legislation and accreditation requirements;
Organize the admission of students to programs at UniSC, including the responsibility for the assessment of applications and qualifications and the coordination of offers;
Evaluate, develop, and review the University's Admission and Credit Transfer processes to ensure they meet student needs and align with institutional goals;
Collaborate with staff to improve understanding of data integrity and quality control, ensuring alignment with continuous quality improvement principles;
Requirements

A degree with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
Extensive knowledge and experience in the use of computerised student information systems;
Experience in the coordination and presentation of training sessions and in the preparation of documents and publications;
Ability to assess problems, develop innovative solutions, and respond effectively in process improvement environments;
