Advisor - Strategic Programmes and Advice

As Advisor - Strategic Programmes and Advice, you will be key to a wide range of mahi and initiatives, particularly in terms of reporting, policy and programme management and supporting our core programme delivery for the Lottery Grants Board and the Minister of Community and Voluntary Sector.
To be successful in this role, you will have;
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid understanding of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and Maori Crown relationships
Strong programme management support and reporting skills
Experience in monitoring and quality assurance
You should also have;
Excellent ability to plan, organize and manage work effectively to meet multiple deadlines
Good understanding of governance and the machinery of government
The ability to rapidly adapt in a fast paced and changing environment
Great stakeholder management skills
A willingness to lead on quality assurance activities
An interest in the community sector, grant making or volunteering
