Key Responsibilities
AIF Compliance & Regulatory Support
•
Assist in ensuring compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, circulars, and applicable laws.
•
Support preparation, review, and filing of periodic reports, returns, and disclosures with SEBI, trustees, and other stakeholders.
•
Maintain compliance calendars, registers, and documentation.
•
Coordinate with legal advisors, compliance consultants, auditors, and fund administrators as required.
•
Assist in drafting and updating fund-related documents (PPM updates, compliance notes, internal policies).
Investment Proposal Review
•
Support preliminary review of investment proposals received by the fund.
•
Assist in analyzing financials, business models, valuation assumptions, and risk factors.
•
Prepare internal notes, summaries, and comparison sheets for senior team members.
•
Help track deal pipelines and maintain proposal databases.
Research & Reporting
•
Conduct sector, industry, and company-level research.
•
Assist in preparation of research notes, investment memos, and internal research papers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
