Duties & Responsibilities
The air-conditioning technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing of air
- conditioning equipment. They can even do heating or refrigeration work, as they are trained to
work on both heating and cooling units, including motors, switches, pumps, wiring, thermostats
and fans.
To provide skilled work in the installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of Refrigeration
& Air Conditioning (AC) equipment and systems for customers.
Assists in verification of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning spares purchases/supplied.
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipmet.
Indentifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical gaults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusing and repairing sstems, and performing warranty services.
Providing technical direction and on the job training.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with occupational health and safety Act.
Complying wih service standards work instructions and customers requirements.
Assisting with customers queries.
Attend every call of customers.
Technician Should reach at customers place on given time.
• *Requirements**:
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating
Working knowledge of boiler systems.
Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Ready to work in all shifts.
