Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on refrigerated containers.
- Ensure units meet safety and operational standards through preventive maintenance.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest refrigeration technologies.
- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
- Accurately document procedures and repairs.
Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations for refrigerant handling and disposal.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed service logs and inspection reports.
- Prepare regular performance and maintenance reports.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to service requests and breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Offer technical advice on best practices for operating refrigerated containers.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
