The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Allied Health Clinical Educator - Advanced to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Contribute to positive patient outcomes by applying advanced level educational skills and clinical knowledge within the context of practice development
Apply education methodologies to improve clinical practice through engaging with key stakeholders to lead change management
Use effective communication, with the internal and external key stakeholders to implement and improve clinical education activities
Lead the development of professional knowledge and skills for allied health across all practice domains within the HHS
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Tertiary degree in a relevant Allied Health discipline is mandatory. Relevant professions include: Dietitian, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Speech Pathologist and Social Worker
AHPRA Registration (If applicable)
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $144 ++1 - $151 28+ per annum
