Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders using Amazons digital platform from the comfort of your home.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazons product inventory and fulfillment protocols.
• Coordinate with various teams, including warehouse staff and logistics, to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Support the tracking and management of product stock, updating records accordingly.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
