Your New Role

Our Investments Data Management team provides expertise and skilled specialist advice to enhance our investment services. We are committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement to support our growth and international expansion.

We are looking for an Investment Data Management Specialist to manage daily investment data operations, ensure data quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain the integrity of our investment data architecture.

Your key responsibilities include:

Manage daily investment data workflow processes and systems
Maintain core static investment data structures
Oversee outsourced services and data vendor service delivery
Ensure data quality through monitoring, certification, and reporting
Resolve data exceptions and quality issues
Foster a culture of risk and compliance awareness
How do you exceed our expectations?

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional performance in managing daily investment data operations, ensuring data quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will effectively oversee outsourced services and data vendor service delivery, resolve data exceptions and quality issues promptly, and foster a culture of risk and compliance awareness. Additionally, you will build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and systems, and drive the development of innovative solutions to enhance the organisation's success.

You will have:

1 to 3 years of experience in investment data management within financial services
Demonstrated knowledge of investment data mastering and logic-based data transition processes
Technical capabilities in tools such as Aladdin, eFront, Ortec, GoldenSource, Matrix (Rimes), SQL, R, Python
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
