Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

We're looking for a strategic and passionate Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our measurement strategy, performance monitoring, customer insights, and all other aspects of marketing analytics at Affirm. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving marketing effectiveness, informing channel strategy, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will own our end-to-end marketing analytics ecosystem—from goal setting to reporting and optimization.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing measurement methodologies (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution, Media Mix Modeling, incrementality testing), customer engagement funnels, and performance marketing levers. You will partner closely with merchant and product marketing, growth product, and other cross functional teams to unlock growth and efficiency across all touch points.

What you'll do
Lead the holistic marketing measurement strategy, including goal setting, defining KPIs, and managing reporting frameworks across all marketing channels.

Own performance monitoring across both paid and owned channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionability of metrics and insights.

Develop and maintain scalable marketing analytics solutions, dashboards, and data models that support strategic decision-making across teams.

Drive channel-level and customer segment-level insights that inform targeting, creative optimization, and budget allocation strategies.

Apply advanced measurement methodologies such as Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and geo-based lift studies to evaluate and improve marketing effectiveness.

Spearhead weekly cross-functional performance reviews, investigating major shifts and providing strategic recommendations.

Operate with a General Manager mindset—identify and size growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and influence roadmap priorities.

Translate complex analytical insights into clear narratives and business recommendations for senior leadership.

Design and execute experiments to test marketing tactics and channel effectiveness, measuring incrementality and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering to align strategies and execute initiatives.

Mentor and guide junior analysts to deliver impactful insights and elevate the overall quality of analytics.

What we look for
8+ years of experience in a marketing or growth analytics focused role.

Expertise in marketing measurement frameworks, especially MTA, MMM, and incrementality testing.

Strong grasp of digital and offline marketing levers, user acquisition funnels, engagement metrics, and lifetime value modeling.

Strong working knowledge of SQL and/or experience with Python.

Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing for both owned and paid channels.

Deep knowledge of paid marketing tracking and implementation technologies such as Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, pixels, and conversion APIs across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.

Humility and team player - you go out of your way to help teammates.
