AOG AIR CARGO EXPORT CLERK

Responsibilities
Ensure that all imports, exports, and logistics to and from North America and Canada are carried out properly, based on the regulations and rules of each country, avoiding non-compliance and violations of the norms
Comply with foreign trade and logistics operations to execute the assigned task
Daily check on foreign trade tasks in information systems
Book spaces on different airlines
Create AWB (Air Waybills) for cargo and/or courier
Verify and prepare the Export Declaration (AES)
Review and track documents such as (Guide, DG, Order-Invoice) and their priority for proper management
Knowledge of U.S. export regulations
Knowledge of Hazardous Materials
Monitor domestic and international shipments
Maintain control of documentation established by law
Ensure delivery of goods both imported and exported to the interested area
Control the release of parts that have licenses for chemicals, textiles, mercury, aluminum requested in the destination countries to dispatch them when approved
Quote and execute the provision of domestic and international logistics services for oversized or delicate cargo
Send or execute import and export instructions to (customs agents, freight agents and/or direct operations) according to the country of origin and destination, ensuring they have instructions to prepare the import/export declaration, ensuring the delivery of goods and compliance with customs regulations
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
