Handle the ordering, delivery, and organisation of building supplies, tools, and equipment as required.
Create project timelines and work schedules, assign tasks to staff, and manage resources to keep projects running smoothly and on time.
Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with building codes, consent conditions, and industry regulations.
Maintain communication with clients, engineers, architects, inspectors, and council staff to coordinate approvals and resolve any project-related issues.
Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to protect all site personnel and ensure legal compliance.
Keep detailed records of construction progress, budgeting, material use, and any issues or delays.
Lead the upgrade and modification of existing buildings, ensuring structural safety and build quality throughout.
Ensure all necessary support structures and safety systems are correctly installed during construction phases.
Quickly address unexpected challenges or delays to keep the project moving forward with minimal disruption.
Organise council inspections and ensure all sign-offs and documentation are completed and submitted properly.
