About the Role

The Area Manager-Bancassurance will oversee sales teams in a specific State/Region, including Cluster Managers and Front Line Sales Team. The main focus is on driving sales through bank branches and supporting the Chief Relationship Officer in sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Sales team of a particular State/Region, including Cluster Managers and Front Line Sales Team.
• Drive sales and achieve targets through bank branches.
• Support the CRO in sales efforts, including generating benefit illustrations and accompanying client calls.
• Foster open and trusting relationships with Branch Managers/officers/staff.
• Enhance knowledge of bank branch employees about insurance and product offerings.
• Identify potential partners through preliminary meetings.
• Lead all lead generation initiatives from the bank.

Qualifications
• Post Graduate degree required.
• Sales attitude and passion for selling essential.
• Solution-focused mindset necessary.
• Excellent communication skills crucial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
• Good relationship skills necessary.
